The way you describe is exactly how it has functioned for me for quite a while. Once I have entered a few letters of a name that should be recognized, I just arrow down, if there is more than one name in the list of names. For example, if I enter "Jo", the list of names might have Tom Jones, John Smith, Fred Johns, etc. I arrow down the list and hit enter on the one I want. If I arrow down, and there is no name read by JAWS, then there is likely just one option, so I hit tab, then shift+tab to confirm the correct name was put into the "To" field. If there is an easier way to deal with this, it would be great to learn. -----Original Message-----

I notice that since the update to Windows 10 to the latest version a few days ago, autocompletion of address when sending emails in Outlook 2016 seems to have changed as it doesn't always say anything when I type in a name and address or only says after the first two letters whereas before frequently used addresses said this, especially if people have more than one address, not sure what I need to do.
