At this point in time, if M365 is on a system the user can choose to use either Outlook (classic) or Outlook [which on some systems will have "(new)" and on others just read "Outlook." If one hits the Windows key and enters "outlook" in the search, you should have two different options, one of which should be Outlook (classic). Both Outlook (classic) and Outlook (new) [whether or not (new) is specified] should exist side-by-side, and be able to be used as desired, through 2029.
