Hi Kevin,

?

You¡¯ve been hit by the Microsoft outlook focused inbox trick.? Grins! ?I¡¯ve seen this a few times.? Here¡¯s the fix.? While in outlook, move your screen reader¡¯s focus to the view tab.? Once its there, press tab until you reach the focused inbox option and press space on it.? This should switch things back to normal. Hope this helps.

Subject: [M365-Accessibility] How do I combine two inboxes into a single one.

?

Hi.

?

A few months ago I clicked on a link in a message. I¡¯m not exactly remembering what happened, but Outlook did some updating. Ever since then, I have two inboxes in my email. One gets a few messages, and the other one gets plenty of messages. Is there a way to combine these inboxes into a single one?

Technology, ya gotta love it, especially when it has a mind of its own.

?

Have a blessed day and don¡¯t work too hard.
