You cannot fix it, until Microsoft does.
But, if you hit enter on that button, then hit escape.
You should be able to save as before.
That works for me.

I have jaws 2025 latest and office 365 latest with outlook. When I attempt
saving attachments, I get a context menu with one item wanting me to map
