Re: Ferrite Beads
Dear Andy, the Standard Ferrite Bead symbol in LTspice of Wurth is not encrypted. Once you selected a particular P/N and right click on the symbol, you can see the datas used for the simulation model.

Re: Google groups
Indeed, fine LTspice group, I am, most times, happiest to take the advice that one "learns more with mouth closed" ;-) Thanks to all of you who proffer your experience in both LTspice and electronics,

Re: Doing the SYNC update with LTSPICEXVII 64/32 and LTSPICEIV
Hello wms121 I also use W7 32 and W7 64 and W10 64. The LTspiceXVII installation does not let me to choose between 32 or 64 bits. But I always do complete installations. I don't like sync update.

Only thing I want to add is I would think there might be a few people who don't have a general need or haven't needed to post anything that lurk, and learn vicariously through others questions. So

Re: LTspice XVII problems...
Does anyone know what may be useful WINE DLL overrides for LTspiceXVII? I found some years ago looking at error messages and by trial and error, but I don't think they apply anymore.

Hello Vlad "Wine displays it as the lower case letter "p", and so does xchm." Under windows I see the greek symbol pi (not letters p and i). Regards PhB
