The manufacturer says that they cannot give me information on the core material.
They have said though that the one we are using has a high permeability core designed for low frequency.
Also that it consists of 80% Nickel.
The one we are using is susceptible to damage due to shock and an alternive they have suggested (for which there seems to be no difference in the overall CT specification - I am trying to clarify) is susceptible to rust!
So what would be your best guess for a typical material so that I can enter its characteristics into my simulations?
