I tested with the latest LTspiceXVII which has been released today.

Please ad the following SPICE-directives.

.options method=gear
.options gmin=1e-10 abstol=1e-10
.options cshunt=1e-16

.tran 0 0.2 0 1u


By the way there is a nice symbol and example in our Files section.
