Re: How to simulate temperature coef of a circuit and measure voltage across a circuit

Thanks Andy

I got it going and I can measure the temperature.

One more question is If I measure across the transistor, is the temperature step ONLY on that transistor? That is, if I have another transistor, but it's not across the circuit I measure across, the temperature of the other transistor stay the same in the whole simulation.

The reason I ask is because I have another transistor in the circuit, but only one of them is bolted onto the big power transistor that gets heat up. The other transistor will stay away from the heat source and stay constant temperature. I need to simulate the temperature of ONLY the transistor that is bolted onto the big transistor.

Thanks.

Alan
