In the Saft model you should see where the capacity is scaled to allow fast simulation.? So 10 msec of simulation clock represents an hours of?real time at 1.6A.? This is not necessarily accurate but is useful.

To simulate normally, just place a semi-colon after 1200mah.

.param ah=1200mah * 1.2/1.6/3600/100??? ; normalized to 10msec sim time == 1hour of time

By the way there is a disconnected 25mF capacitor next to the Saft that does a decent job, I'm not sure the Saft in it's present form is setup correctly so you might want to read some Googled literature on it.
