I have done some playing with LTspice and radar psu¡¯s and transmitters. ? Forget a model of a thyratron I know of none out there. ? As for a SCR the SK065K seems to fit the bill ? ? That said I have been toying with the idea of a using an IRF830 Hexfet as the trigger device ? ? Best regards ? Suusi M-B ? ? ? ? ?
