Sorry, I forgot it's only a divider, but not a counter.
Now I recommend to simply use a chain of D-flipflops for a counter with binary outputs.
The mentioned example "A_counter_test.asc" had mistakes with the symbol and the comment.
I have uploaded a corrected example "A_counter_test.asc"-
