Perhaps you have a different Help file to me...
This is how to do it.
In LTspice, press [F1] -> Help opens
In the search bar, type "vto"
Press "List Topics" -> Listed topics: JFET, MOSFET, MESFET, IGBJT
Every occurence of the search text is highlighted in the right pane, where the meaning of every parameter used in the standard MOSFET models is listed, if you select the topic "MOSFET".
