I was studying (and upgrading) models of tunnel diodes and met a model that used a negative resistor. After that, I experimented with negative capacitors (I tried to realize a skin effect).

If I remember correctly, some SPICE programs do not allow negative component values.? I always thought this was an interesting feature of LTspice.
