Does anyone have a model please for a SN55ALS195 or SN75ALS195.
Nothing comes up on Google.

Hello Dave,

There are models for the 74HC195 and 7HCT195 in the Files section.

Maybe the 74HCT195 model is close enough to the 74ALS195 if you
set the parameter "speed=0.5" in the placed component 74HCT195
on your schematic. This makes the part twice as fast as the 74HCT195.

It would be even more accurate if you change the ouput subcircuit
in the model library for the output level of ALS and if you also
change the input section to model the input current.

All models in this library are split into three sections.
This should make it easy to adjust the model regarding I/O
voltages and currents.

input model - core function model - output model

Best regards,
Helmut
Hi Helmut,

Unfortunately the 75als195 / 55als195 is a different beast. It is a
quadruple differential line receiver made by Texas. It is used for
RS-422/423/485 applications.
