Zoom session this month OK by me. Just not tonight or mid-afternoon (2-5 PM CDT, 12-3PM PDT, 1900-2200 UTC ) on Thursday the 18th. Other than that my calendar is open for now, may change though.

I might try to go back to PEI¡likely in late June, 2025. I¡¯m planning to be a part of The BLAISDELL Family National Association 5-year reunion in York, Maine. Close enough to go to PEI again.
There¡¯s a similar place in Virgin Islands. Not DX but has gear in place. I think there are multiple apartments¡would require advance planning and commitment.
