Hmm.? Well, you might misunderstand how groups work.? Assuming that you are talking about groups at Groups.io....? Groups are created by individuals, like you and me.? If I created a group, let's call it "Job-Search", and if I want to create a sub-group of that which is about Insurance, then after I create it there will be an "Insurance Sub-Group" of the "Job-Search" group.? There may be others too.

Click on the "Find or Create a Group" link at the top of any Groups.io wrbpage, and search (upper right corner) for things that interest you.? If I search for "insurance", I see that there are 60 groups that have that word in their name or description.? That doesn't mean they are about the same kind of insurance as what interests you.

Sub-groups are usually intended to be subsets of their main group, and closely related to the main group.? Therefore, if I created an Insurance sub-group of the "Job-Search" group, then it might not be about fire insurance.? If another person creates an Insurance sub-group of their "Pets" group, then it is likely to be about pet insurance.

Could someone help me to join this sub-group or speak to the Leader of this group??

Don't limit yourself to sub-groups.? There may be a group about Insurance that is not a sub-group, and it may have no sub-groups.

The first step is to find the group.? Remember that link to "Find or Create a Group."? The second step is to join that group.? All groups have a button on their "Home" page to "Join this Group" or "Apply for Membership".? That is how to do it.? Alternatively, all groups have an email address for joining.? Look for the "Subscribe" address.
