I’m read to transfer a bunch of groups along with their archives from YahooGroups. One group is the main group and the rest are subgroups.

The main group and the subgroups are set up in groups.io

What is the best way to tell Mark where things go? All in the same email or separate? Or other?

Each will be a separate transfer, so you will specify the From and To for each one on the Start New Transfer form when you give the go-ahead for them to start.? I'd do the main group and wait for it to complete before doing the others to prevent possible complications.? Don't forget that [email protected] will need to be a moderator of each of the Y groups before you start.
