I started the process per the:
/yahoo/transfer page
to move the EuropaAssociation@yahoogroups to [email protected]. I paid the $220 premium fee and went through the "set up new transfer", including sending an invite from the Yahoo group to [email protected]..

Per the transfer page the next step is that groups.io will accept the invite and sent me an email directing me to make the [email protected] member a moderator. However, it has now been 10 days and I have still not even been contacted by groups.io. I cannot find anything on this site that gives me any way to contact groups.io about this problem. Can anyone here help?

I suspect that your original invitation from Yahoo Groups to the Groups.io transfer email address was never sent by Yahoo Groups (in my experience with transferring 19 groups, I have found that 3 out of 10 invitations fail because Yahoo Groups is so flaky. If I were in your shoes, I would re-send the invitation from the Yahoo Group immediately.?

Check the red status box on top of the transfer page. If it says to send the invite, do it again. One you do, keep that page up until they accept it.

I didn’t realize that my sent invite was lost in space at some point, and lost of week waiting for it.
