Only CC showing up and not the TO: FIeld

I run an ads letter.
The members have to send to their groups by putting their groups in the TO: Field and then they have to CC the group's owner using the owner's email address.
?
What usually happens is we then get to see who they sent the copy of the ads letter to and that they CC'd us.

This week we are seeing our Owner's address in the To: Field as well as the CC: field and are not getting to see the ?group they sent it to. However, the group they sent it to is receiving that mail.

I don't think so.? I think it's a result of a change that was made a few days ago to prevent problems.

Okay - may I ask to prevent what problems?
It is causing a problem in our group now because we won't know if an owner sent the ads letter to their group or groups. How can we work around it? Leeni

We came up with a work around to that change which will serve the purpose of our group fine. Instead of using the To: field, I instructed the members to put their groups in the CC Field along with the Owner's email in the CC field.
?
Now we?can see that they sent the ads letter out to their groups. ?
