I have the settings for my group set up such that folks wanting to join need to be approved. What is in fact occurring is they ask to subscribe, and then an hour or so later that are automatically approved. Anyone know what I may be doing wrong, or if there is currently some sort of system bug??

Without attempting to answer your question, are there any clues in your Activity log? What is showing there?

I did not realize the activity log was there. And indeed, another moderator approved the request. Thanks so much!

I will see if there is a way to close this thread, after I hit send, to prevent others from spending any time on this.
