Do you think that it is because of the intensity of the colours? The reject with notice is less noticeable than the Delete.

I've done it several times, leading to an email to the sender with apologies.? The screen shot Frances shows is the way it used to be, now Delete is on the right and Reject all the way to the left, at least on my laptop, so muscle memory has to be retrained.

Lots of detailed information can be found in the Owners Manual and Members Manual.

For the spam that comes in, I deliberately delete instead of reject so
the spammers don't get confirmation it's a real email address.
