Adding members who don't/can't accept invitation

Mike,

If they are having technical difficulties, can I manually
add them to my group? If so, how?
You can if you upgrade your group to the Premium plan. Premium (and Enterprise) groups have a Direct Add page.

If you click the Upgrade button in the Admin set of pages that will show you the plan you're on. Click the View/Change Plan button to see what your options are. I've used the Group Transfer (Premium For One Month) plan in my PTA group to handle the influx of members every year at school registration.

Mike,

I've set up a Group Transfer membership for my group.
Note that the plan is tied to the group, not to the owner/mod who happened to pay for it.

Understood. I only need it for one group at the moment.

Thanks again,
Mike
