Not in your account. You enter your CC info when you upgrade the target group (to Premium Yearly). Each Groups.io group must be upgraded separately, paying its own fee. See the Upgrade page (in the Admin list for the group) and click on the View/Change Plan button. Tornado All Messages By This Member #20721 I'm having trouble with premium upgrade. When asked for CC detail, there is only an option for a zip code but i'm in Canada with a postal code and the field does not accept letters and the space. How do I proceed?
Tornado All Messages By This Member #20890 I think I've answered my own question....seems my USD Amex card required a US zip code even though its registered with my home Canadian address. So I found that I can enter the Canadian postal code numbers followed by two zeros to fulfill the zip code entry field I.E.: a PC of "K2A 3P4" becomes a zip code of "23400". It worked and my premium upgrade succeeded.?
