How do I turn on messages to come to me as moderator?Alan -- Click Subscription on the left-side menu bar. On the resulting page, scroll down to the Moderator Notifications block. Select what you want from the pull-down menu for Pending Messages. Then click the Save button. See also?/helpcenter/ownersmanual/1/managing-moderator-notifications-about-group-activity? ? ? Still not getting email notifications of pending posts.? ?Checked the subscription page and all notifications are "Email and web/app."? I assume that this is the correct choice.? ? ? ?The system has worked flawlessly for a year until 20 Dec.? I made no change?in the group subscription page then, nor in my email. ? ?Of course, I can check the web periodically to see if there is anything pending, but why the change?? ?And how can I get back to the way it was? Have you checked your subscription to see if you're bouncing?? If not, your email provider may be black holing the messages.? No need for web/app if you don't have your browser set for notifications or the app installed on a phone/tablet. Duane -- The official Groups.io user documentation is in the Groups.io Help Center. Friends, ? ? ?After all your help, I found the solution to the problem.? I am using Gmail.? Gmail provides for emails to be displayed under one of several settings.? ?My settings are Primary, Social, Promotions and Forum.? The posts requesting?my action as moderator go to the "Primary", After I approve, the resulting posts go to "Forum." ? ? ?On 20 December for some unknown reason, the posts requiring moderator action shifted to "Social." I don't think that it was any action I?took that caused the shift, but it happened.? I found it by going through the "All Mail" listing, finding the missing posts and redirecting them from "Social" to "Primary" ? ? ?I hope that this explanation helps some other Moderators if they face a similar problem. I've gone into my account and removed ALL of the categories, so everything? (except spam) just shows up in my inbox.? If I wanted to do some sorting, I'd do it in Thunderbird.
