CANNOT EMAIL

Good morning, we are still experiencing the same problem from last night.? A member is trying to send an email - they tried email this morning and the email still not send.? ?
I have checked to see if anything is pending nothing is pending.? I checked their email information which looks good to me any way.? I even checked the activity log to see if I could find their email.? There is no email from them.?? It cannot be found. Can someone please help. Thank you very much |

Check that the address they are sending from is subscribed (and permitted to post), and that they are sending it to the correct email address.I missed a point in my earlier post; if the person is sending from an address that is not listed it should still show up on the Activity Log as "non - member xxx tried to post" or words to that effect. And Michael has raised a good point; make sure that the person's posting privilege is not set to Override; not permitted to post, although I would have thought that the attempt would still appear in the Activity Log. The most likely reason for the failure is an error in the (group) address to which it is being sent; that warrants very close scrutiny. Twice. Chris |

I went to admin member selected member? Role member? Email delivery individual messages Posting privileges use group moderation setting I hope I am not missing anything
