I am about to launch a group that has been in beta for a few weeks. the group will be visible but require subscription.?
when somebody new requests to subscribe, does that request go to all owners and managers? if so, it possible for more than one manager to send an approval? - which could be confusing to the applicant? tia,?

The notification goes to everyone having the "Email when there are members needing approval" checkbox ticked in their subscription record.

Only the first one actually approves the applicant and sends him a notification. If someone else attempts to do the same after he's already been approved, that second attempt returns a 500-level delivery error to the Owner/Mod, but nothing to the applicant.

We have a group with a team of five able to approve new members - whoever gets there first will make the checks and approve.? The system has worked fine as described by Bruce in the previous message.
