BUGFIX: Updated the list of timezones with their current UDT offsets.

Not very profound, but does relate to recent discussions.

API: Added /getmessagehistory endpoint.
API: Added optional type parameter to the getmembernotices endpoint.
API: Added muted and followed fields to hashtag object.
API: Added /getsinglefeed endpoint.
CHANGE: When switching from monthly to yearly billing, charge the card
immediately instead of waiting until the next invoice date.
BUGFIX: Fixed an issue where going to an open chat would just return
you to the available chats page.
