Using Android

I have a member that has trouble seeing messages on the site using his Android phone.? Does anyone else have problems?

Susan,

No problems for me, using the native Gmail app. What sort of trouble is the member having?

Nope, not at all.

Checked it this minute again with Firefox on Android 9.1 .

Also no problems with the emails, I'm using BlueMail and K-9 Mail.

No problems on my Samsung Galaxy J7 Android phone.

My only problem is Yahoogroups delayed messages for first time inany months, this as a moderator of groups that I don't own.

Thank you. I asked him and he replied:

Just to clarify, I see the messages. But when using my Android tablet and phone, I just don't see the reply buttons or options below the messages to reply to the list or sender. When I use my desktop with Windows 10 (like now) I see the reply options and can use them as needed. But not on my Android units. Hope this explains the situation better.

If you use the "GMail" app, replying should be easy, Just hit the "3 dots" next to the senders name for a selection that includes "Reply all", "Forward". "add star", "Print". "Mark unread from here" ' or "Block [sender's name]"

This from viewing on my Samsung Galaxy J7" Android phone..? Other apps may react differently.
