Trouble Signing In

开云体育

I’m the owner and moderator of a group, and for some reason I cannot sign in this morning. I get this notice at the top of the screen “That email address does not have a groups.io account.” Is there an update going on that is preventing me from signing in?

I just logged out and back in with no problem.? Do you have a typo in your log in?

No typo. I logged in several times, and no luck.

Do you have more than one email subscribed to groups.io and are on the one that isn't correct for that group?
I say this because you are obviously correctly logged in to access GMF

Not necessarily - just sending from the correct email address.

I only have one email I use for Groups.io. While I am receiving emails from GMF, I can’t log into the Groups.io site. I sent this same question to [email protected] , and am waiting their reply.

I have discovered the problem of not being able to sign in is being caused by the Google Chrome browser (Which I use all the time), as using the Microsoft Edge browser lets me sign in like normal. Chrome worked for me last night, but for some reason not today.

Somehow you managed to corrupt your browser's saved login credentials.

Open Chrome, browse to?chrome://settings/passwords, find the row for your groups.io login, and check for errors.

Before you replied I went to Google’s settings, and did the “Restore setting to their original defaults”. Google works again for me now.
