How do I do this? If using the online message editor, click on the "Add Pictures" icon instead of the "Add Attachments" icon. If sending by email, you will need to do something similar in order to get the image into DATA or CID format. See?/g/GroupManagersForum/topic/24519556#11066?for more info. If it still doesn't work, or the "Add Pictures" link is not available, you probably aren't using an html message format. Go to Admin>Settings>Message Formatting and select "Force HTML Emails" (and deselect "Plain Text Only"). Now go to?/account?page=prefs?and select "HTML" for your Editor Preference. Be sure to save these changes. To my knowledge, the only way to "embed" a non-photo attachment is to upload the attachment to some public cloud storage and insert a hyperlink to it in the message. ?
