Sending Nofications and email from a Main Group to Subgroups

 

Hi,

Is there a way to where you are in a main group and you have say three sub groups
and you want to notify or email from to all four from your main group?

Since a person must be in the Main group to be in a subgroup, it seems that just emailing the main group would include all 4 (the main and the 3 subs).

If you just want to email a couple of subgroups (not the main group), assuming that YOU are a member of the subgroups, you can address an email with both addresses - just like you were sending to 2 different people.

Or maybe I am misunderstanding the question.

I think they want to send a notification to all groups at once.
Since you wouldn't reach the sub group by emailing just the main group it seems to me you'd have to include all addresses to send out that notification.
