Just the act of of putting an emailed posting into a spam folder does not trigger this event.
That literally depends upon the ESP.
Some send the report, as soon as the email in the spam folder is
deleted. Others, as soon as the message hits the spam folder. And with
still others, nothing happens.
A short and incomplete list of organizations that allegedly offer FBLs are:
* AOL
* Bluetie/Excite
* Comcast
* Cox
* Earthlink
* Fastmail
* Hotmail
* IBM SmartCloud
* OpenSRS/Tucows
* Mail.com
* Mail.ru
*
* Rackspace (formerly Mailtrust)
* RoadRunner/Time Warner
* Synacor
* Terra
* USA.NET
* United Online/Juno/Netzero
* Yahoo!
* Zoho.com
* Italia Online
* GMail
I'll grant that calling GMails offering an FBL might be a bit of a
stretch. OTOH, it would enable Mark to more easily identify "problem
lists". (If I understood the PostMaster Display Board, it looks like it
can be narrowed down to the specific email, if the appropriate header
format is used by Groups.IO)
I don't have a list of email domains that those ESPs provide.
I don't know what sort of hoops are required, to sign up for the FBLs.

CC because my impression is that Mark does not have a list of ESPs that
offer FBLs.
