I have a member who tried to add the minutes to our files but said she did not have permission. I looked everywhere to see how to give her such permission but didn’t find it. Thoughts?

Under Admin > Settings, scroll down to the Features section and make sure Files is set for "Subscribers can view and upload".

The only thing I can think of is that there is a setting in Admin > Settings on Files. There is a Permissions box. I have mine set to 'Subscribers can view and upload'. You probably already know this.
