I believe iframe is one of the html keywords that is disabled/stripped, so you can't embed it.? The best you can do is furnish a link to the video.

Is there any way to eliminate the Feed button for my group? I'm trying to control who can download/ read messages and basically anyone can subscribe to the RSS feed and download my messages without being part of the group. I logged out and double checked if the Feed button was still there on my home page for someone who doesn't have a groups.io account and it is. It's a security issue for me.

Thanks for any help you can provide

Paul, Is there some way to toggle the option on or off?? I couldn't locate one anywhere.? (Or maybe I am just having Moderator/User blindness!) ?Not yet, it is still in testing. Actually, I'm not sure if the intent is to provide a toggle, or just have the feature be the normal Topic display when seen by moderators (those with the Edit Archive permission). Re: Sending Invite
Don,
?The
fundamental concern is that you don't need to send an invitation to
your Y!Group members, they will be copied into your group during the
transfer (except those that are Bouncing) - unless you uncheck the box
to transfer members. The
transfer process sends a system-supplied "You've been added" notice
plus your group's Welcome member notice to all of the copied addresses.
You can opt out of either or both of those, but I don't advise it. GMF's
wiki page has some advice and examples of tailoring your group's Welcome notice for the transfer. Shal ? -- Help: /static/help More Help: /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki Even More Help: Search button at the top of Messages list |

Re: bounced emails
Sandra, ?
Do you mean Bounced, as in a red B badge on their membership row? If so they shouldn't be able to post messages. Nor when Bouncing (blue B), I think. So I wonder if they are posting from those same addresses. The
examples are marked as temporary errors (4xy) which normally would not
place them on Bouncing status until the problem has continued for quite a
while (four days, minimum).
Groups.io stops trying to deliver messages to members with either Bouncing or Bounced status.
?I don't think you do. "server not available" sounds like an error internal to that email service. Most likely members need to contact their email service to see what the problem is. It is possible that if you (or they) report the situation to [email protected] that Mark would look into it, and maybe contact their service to resolve it.
