Single Messages Topics Expanded Polls

Commented in GMF two posts - but getting all GMF posts - Having to mute ALL other topics

 

Hello,
I had joined GMF to learn and post about in a couple of topics.?
But now I get ALL the GMF topics, and am having to individually "mute" all the other topics that I am NOT interested in.
I dont need or want all the other stuff.?
I am receiving dozens of emails daily, keeps me and my inbox fairly busy.

I only want emails from topics I have posted in. How do I do this? Do I need to leave GMF ?
Please advise.
