In Premium groups, there is an option to look at Past Members. You can sort that list by the Reason field to get all the "SPAM left" folks and with some cut-and-paste (perhaps into a spreadsheet)

Since a person must be in the Main group to be in a subgroup, it seems that just emailing the main group would include all 4 (the main and the 3 subs). If you just want to email a couple of subgroups
