I suggest you have one last talk with the group Owner. He may have given you additional Moderator permissions in the intervening period -- specifically, the "Set Member Subscription Options"

The only way I've found that connects old posts/messages to a person is for them to join with the original email address.? In many cases, that address is long gone, so no way to do it. Duane -- Lots

If you would re-read the post, you'll see that I could NOT edit the entry; it ignored all attempts to edit the name.? To save it would have just saved what was already there, which I was not allowed
