The owner or moderator with permissions can disable "no mail" choice in Admin, Preferences. If that happens, any members that are currently No Mail automatically get the email status of "special

As a group admin, you can certainly send that person a private message (via the button at the bottom of their subscription page) and cut-and-paste any desired content into it. Otherwise, no. Regards,
