The group homepage gives the number of messages per month. Is there a way, other than going to the message list and counting, of finding out how many threads there were in a given month? Thanks, Glenn

Are your own preferences set up to receive owner emails? If yes, you should have received an email from Groups.io about the pending subscription. The prospective member has to accept joining Groups.io

After the requisite number of messages, the new member is automatically unmoderated. See this in the Owner Help Manual section about setting up Spam Control and Moderation settings.
