Look at her member record using the yahoo address.? I bet you'll find that she has the aol address as an alias.? She'll need to remove the alias in order to have a separate account for it. Duane --

You have to select Members from the pull-down menu (where it says Pending Approval) in order to get the full member list. When you have a pending member the default for the member list is always the
