I can't seem to post from my email app No error message the addr is good, so I assume that somewhere is my posts are in the queue to eventually see in website archive Right now my web list is frozen

That's a yes (with at least Billing permission) because otherwise they wouldn't have access to the Admin menu.? According to Mark's explanation, whatever happens to them doesn't change their status

You're using 2 different email addresses. eblen1953@... and eblen1953@... As far as GIO is concerned, those are 2 different people.? It doesn't know that they're the same

Cathy, It sounds like you used a different email address for the new group and right now GIO thinks you are that person. You would have to log out on the website and log in using your original email

Ah, but... have you also got it set such that only Moderators can create new hashtags? If so, if you test as an Owner (i.e. a Moderator) any non - existing hashtag will suddenly be created. Chris

Herb, You can only see information about his subscription to your group. You do that by clicking on his address in the Members list. You cannot see a member's account information, the Account pages

Frances, Yes. That should have no effect on her bouncing status. Perhaps receiving and accepting the Invitation reset the Bounce status. This is likely to be a short-term solution unless she resolves
