Re: Moderator unable to change to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY; also unable to post during Announcement Only (done by someone else now)
I know that in an earlier post you stated I have her permissions set IDENTICALLY to the permissions of another moderator... but is that "historically correct" or have you checked today that your

Re: Moderator unable to change to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY; also unable to post during Announcement Only (done by someone else now)
AS A SUMMARY: 1) This gal is definitely listed as a moderator and has done this for at least ten years. 2) She is using the same email that is attached to her as a moderator. 3) She CAN approve new

Re: Moderator unable to change to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY; also unable to post during Announcement Only (done by someone else now)
Janie -- In the screenshot below, I have circled the permission that matters for switching to Announcement-only and back again. Occasionally, it seems that a setting fails to "stick." I've not

Re: Moderator unable to change to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY; also unable to post during Announcement Only (done by someone else now)
I also want to add: 1) I have her permissions set IDENTICALLY to the permissions of another moderator who now has to change the group the group to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY, yet this moderator (that this post

Re: Moderator unable to change to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY; also unable to post during Announcement Only (done by someone else now)

Re: New Follow/Unfollow/Mute/Unmute button on main topics page
Thank you, Duane et al. Sorry, I didn't realize that in main topics page there is no checkbox for each topic, actually. My idea was not to Mute/etc all topics at once, but to check the topic(s) I want

Re: New Follow/Unfollow/Mute/Unmute button on main topics page
Marina, I agree that it would be useful to have a way to filter the Topics list (and Messages list) according to the Mute or Follow selections you've already made. But if that were done, it should be

Re: Moderator unable to change to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY; also unable to post during Announcement Only (done by someone else now)
What Frances is saying is that she might have two accounts but only one set as moderator. If she logs in with a non-moderator account that is also a member of this same group, she won't be able to so

Moderator unable to change to ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY; also unable to post during Announcement Only (done by someone else now)

Re: New Follow/Unfollow/Mute/Unmute button on main topics page
Seems to me that if it were on the main page, it would Follow/Unfollow/Mute/Unmute ALL topics.? By opening the topic, you know that's the one you want to Follow/Unfollow/Mute/Unmute. Duane -- The

New Follow/Unfollow/Mute/Unmute button on main topics page
