If the mail is in the Comcast web Spam folder, you just move it to another folder, like Inbox, by dragging or using Move. If it is not in there I think you have to call Comcast. Linda Merle

On your admin list (LH side) click "photos" and it tells you. Also click "files" and it tells you. Remember the messages themselves do not count. You can delete any that are not needed any more. HTH
