I have updated the wiki so you can direct your owner to the instructions there. Membership in GMF is not necessary to see the wiki or the messages. (Actually they are open to anyone.)

If it is to reject a message, any owner or moderator can do that. It doesn't give the name of the sender or group email address of the actual sender - just the email address.
