That would be very helpful. In my case, I don't think the offender will try that but, even if she does, my group requires approval and I can just get the IP off the application.

Go to Admin>Members and select "banned" using the blue pull-down menu button at top left. On the resulting page you will find an entry box where you can pro-actively enter someone's email address.
