In your group settings, you could set the Attachments option under Message Formatting to Moderated.? Then you could see how large they are before approving them. On my groups, I set the Default Sub

Paige, I haven't used Cozi, but I did test subscribing my groups calendar from my Gmail calendar. I was puzzled by some missing events but found that they appeared later. It seems that Gmail waits

Re: Impossible Addresses on Replies to an Email List
Sharon, Yup. That's a problem with how Yahoo Groups handled the DMARC problem Yahoo Mail and AOL created. Groups.io does it right (keeps the actual email address unique per member). I think your email

Re: CC filed being filled in automatically
I know my groups the reply is set to the sender. The other groups I am in I will have to check to see if that is the case. It can easily be done. They are ALL NEW messages and not a reply or forward.

Pedja, The first question I wonder about is why you want to limit this at the group level? Each member has a control in their subscription page (advanced section) that allows that member to set a size

Re: CC filed being filled in automatically
Ilene, Interesting. So far the scenario is a group that has Reply To set to Subscriber, and a new message (not reply) posted by email from a Yahoo Mail or AOL address. Is that right? Can you find out

Both are easy to do here. Once you've logged in and gone to one of your groups (or subgroups), there will be a New Topic tab on the left menu.? You can use that to start a new thread.? If you need

One thing I've never seen mentioned in all the "It's taking forever to accept the Yahoo invite" messages is whether the requester is using the service for free or is enrolled as a premium or higher

They are sent through email and not from the group's messages. I am seeing it through email. None of the groups I am in or own send mail via the group's message page if that is what you are asking.

Yeah, I tried it after I sent that and it didn't work here, either. I dunno. Maybe groups.io sends these kinds of messages as plain text by default. It seems unlikely that anyone has an email client
