Both are easy to do here.
Once you've logged in and gone to one of your groups (or subgroups), there will be a New Topic tab on the left menu.? You can use that to start a new thread.? If you need to reply to a previous post, there's a Reply button just below each post.? If you want to quote part of a post, just highlight it before hitting Reply.? If you want to quote the entire post, there's a button (speech bubble) at the upper left of the Reply box to do just that. While online, you can go to Admin > Members.? Find the member that you want to set a Display Name for.? Click anyplace on their row, except for the check box.? On the page that opens, you can enter the Display Name, then scroll down to use the Save button. Some of this, and a lot more, is covered in the GMF Wiki, /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/home as well as previous posts.? The search function works reasonably well, but you sometimes need to use 'unusual' search terms related to what you're looking for.
