I know you can add a message when you send out an invitation but how do you substitute a member's name when the top portion says: Hello [Name] Thanks, Ilene

OK, apparently Mimecast was screening them on my work domain, but I've fixed that now. So it's just my stupid vanity domain...I think I need to switch hosting providers.? Oh well, at least I am not

Bouncing - what now?
A member in a group I am a moderator is bouncing.? The message reads "452 4.1.1 Too much mail from this address E2210".? What does that mean?? What is to be done?? It is a charter.net address.

Not receiving verification emails
I've signed up two test accounts, one from my vanity domain and one from my work email, and both are "NC" because I cannot seem to get a confirmation email! I may try my .gov email address next! But

From gmail address requires approval each time?
