The user could also try switching to a plain-text digest. These these tend to be better accepted by spam filters because they contain no hyperlinks. Bruce

It is likely that "@ yahoogroups.com ( http://yahoogroups.com/ ) " works too.? I think Yahoo always had things set up to redirect to unique country codes when they exist.? So try removing the "@

Hi Tony, It's not my email that's the problem, but what you say is interesting, as the emails that fail are all from the same domain, which is a .org address. Thanks for that - gives me a good clue
