You can't really.? Until people stop using Reply All when they mean, or should be using, Reply, it's mostly a lost cause.? Best you can do is make sure the group is set to Reply To Sender and maybe

Our group, any member is allowed to post without moderation. We have parameters set so replies to messages go only to the sender. However, if somebody clicks reply all, the message is broadcast back
